How close to SATA prices are we talking though? And how long to see them at much less than new prices on ebay??? :D

Hmmm, intel keep adding sata ports to their SoC’s and chipsets, so they must see a future.
Anyway on the enterprise front I see SATA and SAS3 similar priced if comparing similar drives. I also fail to see how this drive is much different than other Low end SAS read intensive SSD.

Time will tell...
