So basically very similar to https://www.servethehome.com/new-supermicro-60-bay-top-loading-storage-server-hands-on/ but updated for 2022 spec?
Or a 100 bay https://www.servethehome.com/dell-emc-poweredge-xe7100-100-drive-top-loading-storage-server/ IMHO is more interesting.

We had a lot of them already. You would be surprised how much spare hardware it takes to keep STH going.

Server vendors need to make what people want to buy. There are advantages of getting two lower-power Intel chips to one higher-power AMD one, such as getting more memory bandwidth and having a smaller hot spot on the motherboard. Plus, if you saw the Ice Lake QAT piece, just using some of the new instructions in Ice Lake processors (see QAT Engine results as examples) and VNNI for inference can be a benefit.
