I've been looking for a Quanta LB4M, but that has 1 GbE ports. I'm not sure if this switch would be uselss or would give me a superset of functionality. If I'm making a 1 GbE network then a 10 GbE SFP+ switch is incompatible, right?

Unfortunately, I don't know Quanta... In Juniper 10g SFP+ port are compatible with normal 1G SFP, but I don't know if it does apply to other vendor.

Looks like a scam/hacked account to me, seller hasn't sold anything (and received feedback on it) this year, and uses images from unixplus.

Good catch. Also explains the very cheap international shipping at that low price point

Yeaah, 3,94USD shipping to Finland with UPS sounded bit fishy.
