I've got a Supermicro M11SDV board that has the single PCIe 16x slot. The options in the BIOS for bifurcation are:
1. Auto
2. x8x8
3. x4x4x4x4
What I'm trying to find out is if the SOC will actually support x8x4x4 bifurcation, as I'd like to run a pair of NVME drives off two sets of x4 and a GPU for various tasks on x8.
I've done some hunting but not been able to find a definitive source as to supported modes, anyone know somewhere that might detail it?
