So today I got my SNK-C0054A4L, which fitted my 10SDV-2C-TLN2F with Pentium 1508 and stock passive heatsink just fine...
But I killed my motherboard uninstalling the existing heatsink. A twist just while it got unsticked made the heatsink bump a component which broke. Tried to solder it back on, no go. When powering it on, the board fans spin for a few second, then stop and repeat this behaviour.
I'm bumping my head to the wall right now :(
Let this be a warning to others.

I finally went with the Cooljag BUF-A4 JAC3D02C for my X10SDV-4C-TLN2F. An advantage of the BUF-A4 is the 4-Pin PWM fan. The PWM Profile of the fan harmonises good with the "Standard Speed" PWM Profile of the mainboard. In idle the fan is quiet around 2000 rpm at 56 °C. If you choose the profiles "HeavyIO Speed" it settles around 4800 rpm and with "Full Speed" around 5100 rpm. In both term already quite loud but with temperature lower than 35 °C.
Maybe I'll adjust the PWM Profile with a Noctua NA-FC1 to get an idle rpm around 3000 rpm.
Cause the fan is 60x60x10mm the change is good to replace it even with a bigger more solid fan like 60x60x25mm (probably hacks needed).

Waterblock : ...
thx. CPU Core cover has base 51*51 mm sized. That's what we need :)

Btw... did you change the backplate for it? And did you find also another alternatives with 51x51mm size? :)
I am thinking to put, the CPU corecover together with a pump inbuild.

SO, I will have only radiator and Corecover with Pump inbuild. That will help to safe space.

I installed the waterblock a little while, but I think I used the backplate from stock radiator and replaced the screws included with the waterblock with these ones (M2.5 x 20mm): High quality 50pcs M2.5 DIN7985 304 Stainless steel round pan head philips micro machine screw M2.5 * 3/4/5/6/8/10/12/14/16 mm-in Screws from Home Improvement on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group
Keep in mind that I didn't find any compatible waterblock with integrated pump.

I'm real curious why anyone thinks they need to water-cool a 35W chip... That practically doesn't need any active cooling at all.

I would say that theoretically doesn't need any active cooling at all but practically .... In my case D-1541 (8 Cores, 16 Threads) with 80mm noctua FAN (on the heatsink) on it with MAX speed ( 55 m³/h and 2.4 mm H2O) has 42-44 Grad! If I run prime95 -> getting more that 70-80Grad.
PC is at supermicro SC721TQ-250B case

Next step is to test with 90mm noctua FAN (+40% airflow) :)

and the same time ... checking if I have a chance to put watercolling in the case that I have

I honestly don't worry about my 1541, but it's running FreeNAS and ~6 VMs w/o any issues. I have it in a silverstone DS380 and it's practically silent and not too hot.

Well... I got FAN adapter from 80mm to 50mm (20mm hight) and install on heatsink for my CPU D-1541 (8 Cores, 16 Threads).

With FULL speed using the adapter and 80mm Noctua FAN I get 56Grad :( (for example: when I put this FAN direct on CPU heatsink without any adapter I have 42-44 Grad)

Test is not very satisfied :( probably I will try with 90mm fan
Probably the issue is that CPU D-1541 (8 Cores, 16 Threads) is really warm :)

And if I use the standard 50mm FAN with Supermicro heatsink on FULL speed I get 43 Grad!. (and 49-51 Grad on Standard speed)

The measurements are in IDLE mode (WSE2016)

Do you have room for a 2U sized heatsink? I've had pretty incredible success with these on my Xeon D-1541's.
