I think for this board in particular, this is a good price. They don't come around often, and usually listed for much more. Seller is taking best offers, so might be able to do even better. Really nice board for a workstation build and the E-ATX form factor isn't hard to fit into standard cases. I used this board to build my daughter's workstation in a hello kitty themed NZXT case and it worked really well. (I did have to drill a few holes for the E-ATX mounting and tap some threads into them to add additional stand-offs, but not difficult)
