Supermicro x11spi-tf-o with Intel QL1K - Which BIOS

while the last part:

works correct, but comes from current files that are still available on supermicro website.

My reply was not specific to any particular Motherboard or Bios, just a generic link.

You may need to look at another date on the Wayback Machine.


If you search the various dates you may find what you are looking for. This is from Jan 16 2018.

i think you missunderstood me.
I have found the bios file. but the wayback link refers to the actual supermicro website,
and only works because supermicro has not deleted the old bios files.
that means this method will not work forever.

The point of the wayback machine is to get the old link, that is no longer published, on the supermicro bios site. Once you have the SoftwareItemID, you can construct a link directly to the Supermicro site to download the correct bios / file.
