Supermicro X11SPA-T - Xeon 8160 does not recognize ATP DDR4 64GB REG ECC

Hallo!
I did put the latest Bios on the board but it beeps at boot and says No Memory Module when I use my ATP DDR4 64GB Modules X4B64QA4BVWESO-7-TN1. Any chance they will be recognized using a Xeon Gold 6240 SRF8X? Or is the board not compatible? Other modules like my 32GB 2400 are working.

yes if two Ranked module. skylake does not support 16Gb DRAM(and up)
edit: i checked the DRAM part numbers, it is 16Gb density. work with Cascade Lake and up (or EPYC)

thanks, that worked. bought a xeon gold 6240, now the ATPs are recognized ( as 2933 ) and can be used.
