Supermicro X11DPU NVMe Device Port

Hello, we have a lot of X11DPU mainboard installed in a server and still did not find any info how to use four internal NVMe ports this board. From the Mainboard Manual we can see that everything ok and each of NVMe port are connected to the CPU. But the size of connectors aren't standard to NVMe SSD M.2 and are much smaller than other M.2 disks. Image for comparison.

Can't tell from the pics or the manual, but are those oculink ports?

from the picture those are definately oculink port, you will need an adapter and cable to connect M.2 nvme to it.
