Good evening all,

I am having an issue in which, even when connected to the network by the dedicated ethernet port, the IPMI on a Supermicro X11DPi-N does not show up on my network. I have logged into my router and confirmed that it is, in fact, not present. The IPMI port has a yellow and orange light lit up (does that mean anything aside from active and 1gbps connection)?

This is an problem because, while I do have physical access to the system, it will not start up, halting at "all channels are disabled due to memory test failures" because I have an engineering sample CPU installed. I need to access the IPMI to reflash the BIOS image, and this I believe will solve my problem.

I have tried clearing the CMOS as well as removing the CMOS battery, however if I recall this does not affect BMC or IPMI settings. Is there a way to reset this?

Thanks!
