Hi, i have few problems with this mboard.
1. cpu is 95% max possible load in windows 10 64b, witch i use now. how get 100%??
2, how get max performance from two cpu s 2699V4 . there is many "set" in bios but i dont now this board.
3, i have 4 CRUCIAL Crucial 4x16GB 2133MHz DDR4 CL15 DR x8 ECC Unbuffered DIMM 288pin (CT4K16G4WFD8213) But witch memory slot is best to use on this board ? i put all to blue slots but i think is slow in memo test aida64...

Confusion abounds.

1 - what are you using to test? That's an issue with the software you're using.
2 - depends on application. Default is usually good. HT off is very application dependent
3 - from the link, Blue is correct

software is folding .. there must by something to set to 100% .. i see first time problem like that.. all cores is on 95% max in task manager.

problem was when you run AVX aplications ,only 95%
