SuperMicro SYS-1028U-TNRTP+
NVMe controller is via the 1U Riser card: AOC-URN2-I2XS

Both NVMe drives do not show up in the BIOS.
Trying to figure out how to troubleshoot this.

Any ideas?

We run variants of that system (1U and 2U), same motherboard, slightly different riser in 2U, and they've all been detected without issue.

Did you confirm the NVME work in another system? Does the networking work on the riser? The PCIE slot?

Yes, NVMe drives confirmed working in the same model chassis (I have a total of 4)
Networking on the riser (in all 4 systems) works.

Which PCIE slot?
