Sorry to say this, but that's not a Great Deal IMO.

At first I was like... "Isn't that just an SC847 36-bay SAS2 version? (they go to 45-bays for JBOD btw)" Then I saw it has the X9DRi-LN4F+ and was excited that it may be a complete system with high-end 12-core CPUs, 384GB ECC ram, SATADOMs, etc. But, saw it's just a motherboard (one you can get for about $100).

I bought and sold several of these over the years for around $250 price marks (no motherboard) before the Chia craze.

But hey, with Chia, these are almost non-existent - at least less than $1000. So if there's a desperate need, then yeah $700-ish is ok. Better than NEW prices from SM from many others. But, it's not a Great Deal by any means. :)

Agree, not a great deal compared to six months ago. But I have not found anything else.
MB is not great either, but I several that are looking for a better home.
It does include 1280w platinum power supplies

Not a great deal for normal times but during CHIA time... not too bad since they were 1k$+ all over only
