No even older - see post #10
Supermicro Mounting Rack Rails Kit For SC748 4U Chassis MCP-290-00001-00 | eBay

The chassis model is based on the chassis first (CSE-846, then on the backplane (TQ), then on the original PSU (900), then on HA version or not (B which is HA = different fans + 2 extra drives in the back) - as far as I know.
But - each chassis that is available today is the n-th revision of that chassis, again, see post #10 for the revision that switched to new rails which means all revisions before use the old style (wide =60mm) rails and not the new (40mm) ones.

The short depth rails (MCP-290-00058-0N) support all chassis while the regular rails are split into 2u/3u (MCP-290-00053-0N) and 4u/5u (MCP-290-00057-0N) with only different outer rails (probably providing more load baring capabilities) - but that tells you that all inner rails are the same so all are inter-exchangeable from a physical mounting point of view.
O/c for rails there is also old and new revisions, current is B and its not quite clear what was changed from A.

Edit 3
They might only send to Germany/EU, let me know if you need help with that.

Also, it seems they have 3 square mounting holes (to fit the server), the 01 seem to have only two (on some pics, 3 on others...)

3 holes 01

2 holes 01

So other than the mounting holes, there's no difference ? (I couldn't tell if you typed a response which got edited out). I see 01 in stock at wiredzone (Supermicro MCP-290-00001-00 4U Mounting Rails Kit for SC748 Chassis) as well, which would likely be the most convenient option for ordering.

Well I did a lot of edits while checking the differences.
I think 2 vs 3 might be the major issue (whereas getting the 3 hole version might be more compatible then the 2 hole one (check your server though), also it might that the 14 contains some handles for the desktop to rack conversion of the 748 (MCP-290-00001-00 Supermicro 4U SC748 Chassis Rail Kit (Includes Side Handles) - Rackmount Rails - SuperBiiz.com)
I'll order the 01 part from wiredzone and report back. The mounting holes are for the rack, right ? i.e., The holes don't affect the server directly, right ? Since I don't have physical access to the lab at the moment, I am not able to manually inspect the server or the rack.

no, the mounting holes (square 2 pair vs 3 pair) are on the server side...
