Probably an AIO card - SM's funky PCIe where everything is backwards on the card & bracket so it fits tight along the bottom of the chassis. Typically RAID/HBA or NIC cards.

Sorta what I figured. It's level with the MB so I thought it was some sort of extension for U series MBs.
