I think this depends on which monitor you hit the start menu to start the program or shortcut.

Download IPMIView 2.13.1 (Current At The Moment) from the supermicro website / FTP
Software Download
Install
Navigate to your Program Files or wherever you installed
Right Click IPMIView20.exe> Properties
Check Compatibility Mode to Windows 7
Check Run As Administrator

Confirmed Working on Win 10 x64 Pro.

Easier still is bypassing the silly "Name and address" form and going straight for the FTP:
ftp://ftp.supermicro.com/utility/IPMIView/

Greetings from Trinidad and Tobago !
I signed up just to say thank you for pointing me in the right direction with this. Been scratching my head since it worked up to a few days ago. My issue was simply having a second display connected. I unplugged it and relaunched IPMI. The KVM console came up normally without the white box. I'm running Windows 11. Don't know if this information can help anyone else. My Hyve Zeus v1 is still going strong in 2026 running Proxmox VE 9
