Looking for a second opinion.

My dual socket H8DG6 server suddenly stopped, and will not power back on.
- The IPMI status LED does blink, but the DP3 (Power) LED does not power on.
- When attempting to power on the system, the PSU fan spins briefly then shuts off.
- IPMI status does not detect any voltage. No errors/warnings in the IPMI event viewer.

I have performed the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Tested power supply, working on different system.
2. Connected power supply to everything, *except ATX and EPS*, and jumpered the ATX. All peripherals power on successfully.
3. Removed the second CPU, and all but the "Blue" RAM sticks for CPU 1. No change.
4. Replaced CMOS battery. No Change.

I believe the mainboard has kicked the bucket, but looking for advice on anything I may have overlooked before I buy a replacement H8DGI/H8DG6.

Bought a new mainboard which came with 6272s in order to do some trouble shooting.

Turns out one of the two CPUs and the Mainboard are dead, not sure if the mainboard killed the CPU or vice versa. Typically I can find the cause of the problem (MOSFET, Capacitor etc...) but haven't been able to locate the issue on this one.

If anyone has a ZS222445TGG44 or a pair of 16xCore ZS CPUs, my single proc is now lonely.

Posting some pics, in case anyone wants a look. (Discolouration on the CPU1 MOSFETs is residue from the stock heatsink)
