If the boards are not included, I can offer you some. But in my opinion, case plus psu's are offered at a very great price.

[EDIT] Just keep in mind these X10DPU's support 2133 NVDimm-N's by standard which are really cheap on eBay at the moment. Even when you include the 'Power Units' incl cables.

First thing that came to mind is 'if it's too loud, you're too old!' but I think that doesn't apply to servers, haha.

I know X10... X11... and X12DPU's are fitting in. I'm not quite sure about H11... and H12DSU. Already sent confirmation request to Supermicro support. But that would be a bummer and open some opportunities.

But with a Alphacool ES Pro 2U - 3 x 80 you can get the fans down to ~3-3.5K with ambient temps around 22C and the CPU is just chilling ~32-35C. That's quiet in my ears.

That's actually a pretty solid deal since it's £5/TB for the whole thing which is basically buy the storage and get the server for free!

Not sure if still relevant but they are coming with the motherboards. They confirmed it in writing.

Yes, they mentioned they need a serial number of a case in order tobe able to confirm if they will fit. As I have to wait for the delivery, which will still take a while, I will need to get back to them later.

As this is an OEM product, I am unable to give you any information regarding the hardware in question. Not even something as simple as if a motherboard will fit or not.
