Thanks for your replyThe Bx codes are often related to DRAM initialization. Make sure you're using the right DIMM slot, reseat the DIMM, try a different one...
I wonder do I need using ECC RAM ?
Thanks!Possibly. The system firmware could conceivably not be prepared for non-ECC memory.
While the above is true in an abstract sense, Supermicro claims compatibility with both ECC and non-ECC.
Fortunately, After changing ECC RAM, BIOS boot can pass B0 Postcode. But I'm still stuck at F1 step.Possibly. The system firmware could conceivably not be prepared for non-ECC memory.

Had a similar problem with a slightly different motherboard where the BIOS recovery just would not work. In the end I got a CH341A programmer with an IC-clip and flashed the BIOS straight to the chip.https://www.supermicro.com/manuals/other/UEFI_BIOS_Recovery.pdf
But now I can't see and LED indicator from my keyboard and when I connected a physical keyboard I could not get the recovery mode to load.
Thanks!
