Supermicro 4U chassi 24xHDD with BPN-SAS2-846EL in dual channel mode

1 Situation. Dual channel connection SAS2 controller with BPN-SAS2-846EL
- HBA LSI9211 (IT-mode) <-> BPN-SAS2-846EL no problems
- HBA mode Adaptec ASR7805 <-> BPN-SAS2-846EL no problems

2 Situation dual channel connection SAS3 controller with BPN-SAS2-846EL
- HBA LSI3008 (9300-8i IT-Mode) with BPN-SAS2-846EL instead 24xHDD we have
duplicate disks = 48

Summary: BPN-SAS2-846EL in dual channel mode with SAS2 HBA no problem,
but with SAS3 HBA we have disk duplicated in dual channel mode.

Has anyone encountered similar problems?
Is it possible to solve this problem, or do you have any ideas or thoughts?

Interested in the possibility of working in the dual mode.

ps. Linux multipath not show anything
