I have been using @BlueFox's listing for some time.

But it's missing quite a few newer firmwares.

So I recreated BlueFox's setup with a cronjob that will continuously search for new supermicro downloads, as well as a few new features like showing the file tree of each .zip file, duplicate detection, and file size.

I just got an old x9sri-f board and it has bios version 3.4, that is not listed anywhere on the internet.
Is it possible that someone got it from suppermicro support directly?

some user may have mod. it (add NVMe e.g.) and change BIOS ver.

Version 2.15.1236. Copyright (C) 2012 American Megatrends, Inc.
Supermicro X9SRE/X9SRE-3F/X9SRi/X9SRi-3F BIOS Date:11/19/2019 Rev:3.4

As far as I can see, dual socket X9DRI variants got 3.4 official update.

I might remember wrong, but I feel both @BlueFox and @linden0 Websites have some sort of Regression, because I'm pretty sure that (at least for one of the Websites) it was possible to see the link to the Release Notes and there were also BMC Files listed.

The search by Motherboard Name was also working correctly.

Is it just me / my Memory acting up ? Apologies to @BlueFox and @linden0 if that is the Case :( .

Search and release notes are present and working correctly on my site. Do you have JavaScript disabled? That will break things.

For search, it's just regex on the file name, hence the large disclaimer at the top: "Note that Supermicro has some duplicates and naming isn't always 100% consistent."

Supermicro does not always include release notes either. If they're available, you'll see them. I would say only about 1/3rd have them. IPMI/BMC is definitely there too, plus other odds and ends, like SONiC firmware.

it is just you, to check can you give an expample so we can compare ?
Supermicro X9DRi-LN4F+ ... the "Bundle" on Supermicro Website does NOT include the BMC Firmware.

Google AI says it should be SMT_X9_361.zip for the BMC, corresponding to BMC Firmware Version 3.48.

That's what I have already so pretty much useless :( .

I was trying to get this **** iKVM working with either:

I just thought that maybe an Update was required in order to get it working.

It might also need that I need to get a new SSL Certificate uploaded which, even if unrecognized / untrusted, maybe being "Valid" still allows the first Solution to work.

That was BlueFox's version, but I just implemented it on Supermicro Firmware Archive | BMC, BIOS, SUM as well, it's currently spooling results in reverse order, should be completed within a few hours.

regarding release notes for supermicro
this was the reply:
Code:
Supermicro is holding back changelogs intentionally,
and as technical support I'm not at liberty to provide
them if they weren't part of the package or available online already.
If you need a change log for any firmware update then we'd have to ask
you to contact your sales representative or supplier.

I don't believe that's internal policy at Supermicro, I've gotten not only bios and ipmi updates, but also documentation/manuals for boards, firmware, etc that were not published, without a supplier or sales rep. They usually just tell you that usage will not be covered under warranty since they don't undergo the same vetting process for beta builds.

It also runs contrary to the fact that duplicate supermicro downloads, like IDs 4323 and 4691, one has release notes, the other does not.

ASRock Rack have a nice solution for this:
they do not provide BIOS update at all...
Asrockrack has a private FTP server that they selectively grant access to with basically every bios and ipmi firmware for their boards.
