Supermicro 4U fan fail, the server is on a loop rebooting at BIOS.

After a reboot one of my server wont come back online, and is constantly looping at the boot with Initializing 42 at display for a fraction of a second on the boot screen.
After reading online i found there could be several issues like the CMOS battery, dead ram, bad fan etc.
It turns out that one of the rear fan wont spin, and is dead.
Anyone knows what these fans are? Model number etc? Hard to remove the server from the rack, i will remove and replace the server when i get the fan.

Supermicro has one of the best documented sites when it ccomes to documentation of part numbers. Find out what chassis you have, search that on their website, click on part list and voila! There is the sku for the fans
