USPS money orders or Google Wallet preferred as PayPal fees add up. I think my reputation should help: Heatware

I will consider international sales for this, but keep in mind that you will probably pay a heft amount in duty. Shipping will not be cheap either and probably only feasible to Canada.

Supermicro 2028TP-HC1R. You get 4 dual 2011-3 hot-swappable nodes in all of 2U. Integrated LSI 3108 SAS3 HBA on each node, plus the CacheVault & SuperCap module for each one ($250 each alone new). Has redundant 80+ titanium PSUs, PCIe 3.0 x16 expansion, and more. Fill it up with SAS3 SSDs and go to town with virtualization!

$1800 and you can call it yours. Would be ~$5500 new.

I wish I had the capital to buy this. I love these nodes. Had 4 of them running and they were beasts.

More than welcome to make an offer for just the barebone without CPUs if you want to put in your own!

No more CPUs, but the barebone is still left!

Still available. I know one of you can put this to better use than me! Also made a correction to reflect the fact that they're not 80+ platinum PSUs, but instead 80+ titanium!

I just had to post and say good luck with the sale. I would buy it if i had a use. But I just realized I purchased an HP Procurve 1800 24port switch from you 7 years(!) ago and it's still running strong. I had no idea so much time had past! :)

Thanks! Hah, yeah, time flies. I think I was still active on 2CPU then (and [H] of course). I still have the other 1800-24G that I kept sitting in the rack beside me too.

Wish this supported 10gb... I need the PCIe slots for external HBAs.

A lot of these have Mellanox ConnectX-3 cards on the back with one or two ports per node., that gets you 10Gbe.

There is only one PCI-e slot per node.
