As I said initially, I'm really only complaining generally about over-torqued screws. Those aren't found only on devices like this. I've had my fair share of stripped screws when doing stuff like laptop repair. That was really the only thing that made the process less than enjoyable. I had disassembled a few already no problem and then encountered 2 where the small screws that hold the casing together were like "stuck" in it.No, not at all unreasonable. 99% drive health vs 100% is a tremendous indicator for the work that you put in, and later complained about, and are now still defending.
Having experienced this when I re-assembled I didn't overtighten at all in case I need to get into them again later.
