Hi,

i got HP DL380p Gen 8 server.
I bought Fujitsu D2607 card and flashed it to LSI firmware in IT mode as shown here:

Now I have a NMI error and am looking to replace 7.39.02.00 mptsas2.rom with non NMI error one, which is: 7.39.00.00 mptsas2.rom.

I was unable to find it anywhere. I did find 7.37.00.00 boot with LSI P19 firmware bundle, but it does not seem to work / boot with / from P20 firmware.

Thank you!

P20 was released multiple times 20.07, 20.06 , 20.04 were the stable. There were couple of other versions and they could have been removed from the download section. I only saw one other P20 under the archive section of the downloads. It may be in one of those packages that was removed. I checked my saved files and I only kept the latest 20.07 files.

I'm not sure it'll help your issue, but I looked and seemed to have a version kicking around in our archives from one of the P20 releases; MD5 of the file is 3b81e618eb4a1088c8b04a93936182e6 plus standard warnings about drivers and firmware from untrusted weirdos on the interwebs apply.

I assume you know you only need the ROM if you're booting off the HBA and you can leave it out if you're not?

Thank you for that. Even though I was a tad late to the party, my NMI errors are gone. I just started repurposing some HP MSrvr G8s with 9210s and your posting and link stopped my slow descent into insanity. Jim

I just want to say thank you, this solved my problem with an HP branded 9217-4i4e that I bought with IR firmware and reflashed to 20.00.07 IT!
