The original listing is sold out, here's an alternate source from further down the thread. BO price unknown:

1.6TB SSD Intel DC P3600 Series PCI-E 3.0 x4 Low Profile SSDPEDME016T4S PCIe 735858278249 | eBay

Looks like there's another seller accepting offers if anyone missed out.

Mine came with RA13 firmware and it became unresponsive because the tape moved. All is well.
Good price on these, the last time we saw them back in Feb they were selling at $280/ea and only hitting $200 per card in quantity. I wish I had the budget and pcie lanes to use more than one of these right now :p

sold

Intel® SSD DC P3600 Series (1.6TB, 1/2 Height PCIe 3.0, 20nm, MLC) Product Specifications

Same seller has Samsung 3.2gb units that look similar, and I think are rated at 5dwpd, starting at $200.
How do these two compare?
I assume both show up as a single device?

There's at least one more sitting around $200 (and two more at $299) besides this seller too:

samsung 3.2tb (f320,pm1725) | eBay

Product Specification - Oracle® 3.2 TB NVMe SSD User Guide

The specs actually look pretty damn good on the 3.2TB, it's rated for 5dwpd with around ~30PB total endurance and the IOPS and latency look solid. If you can score one of those without paying $500 it'll be a hell of a deal.

I think (but I'm not certain) that the Intel is a dual controller board and shows up as two 800GB devices. I don't know how the Samsung/Oracle board is setup at all.

Intel P3605 is a single 1.6tb device.
Danke, I could have sworn the review talked about raiding the two controllers but I did read it at like 4AM.

Well... I missed out on this deal. Saw it and there were 10+ left, had to leave my desk for work and by the time I got back to eBay to buy two of them, they were all gone. :(

With the flash market being what it is these days I expect the deals will just keep getting better and better from here on out. Give it a week and something similar will pop up, I'd bet on it.

Tried to low-ball and they came back saying $160 is the absolute lowest that they would go.o_O
