Does anyone know of a component, add-on module, etc for SMBus to non-SMBus motherboards?

/TL;DR

Ah, time for another server build. Except this time I overlooked one piece that I somehow got used to over the years.

Supermicro uses the SMBus I2C specification for their PDU controller-to-motherboard connection. It looks to be a 5-pin connector on the Supermicro motherboards.

However, the Asrock X399 Tachi does not have such a connector. Doh!

I'm thinking it would have to be something that goes inline of some of the Front Panel I/O cables, as well as a USB connection (most motherboards have an internal SMBus, accessible via Linux), and so on.

I'm not able to find such a device. So, not sure that one exists.
