I hope so. We've got one of these at work. You'll need at least 36 HBA ports which is a lot.

At $200 its cheaper than the power supplies basically.

Even @ 500$ BIN for a 847 is a great deal, these were going for $650-750 regularly a couple months ago used and naked like this one. After I got one I realized I have 0 interest in working on drives/replacing on the BACK side of my rack at home.

If it rest at 200$, i willl be hard for me to resist even if i know i need a chassis with "Full Height" expansion slots and this one provide only "Low profile expansions slots"... I have to resist
