Once again, I went hunting for cheap odd-brand NICs that I don't really need, and found these that may be interesting for the somewhat adventurous aussies: Intel / Silicom DualPort 10 Gigabit PCI Express Server Adapter PE210G2SPi9A | eBay

It is most likely not a bogus fake chinese card given that they are sold as Silicom.
According to the product page, the controller is Intels 82599ES, which should be similar to the one in Intels x520-da2 cards.

And 60 AU is pretty cheap for a card that is probably comparable to the x520-da2.
The pictures suggests that the cards may be sold with a single sfp+ module.

As I stated in this thread, you may come across weirdness with Silicom NICs, I have experienced a requirement to use special drivers. This was probably because I had bought bypass NICs, which required the drivers for the bypass functionality, but at the end of the day there are no guarantees :)
