It's that time. Annual SharePoint Cumulative per my Maintenance Plan.
I don't know if anyone here administrates SharePoint. If you do, you definitely have my sympathies.

The bonus is that I define my own path where I work, so I can get away with annual updates and apply emergency fixes where needed.

(three monitors, 2x landscape, 1x portrait makes me quite productive)

So much for a free Saturday :(

I did migrate to O365, the problem is that it does not support the Business Portal for MS Dynamics and our customizations to SharePoint itself. We have a bunch of customized templates, plugins and other code that we implemented that wont work with 0365. Trust me, I wanted this very much.
Upgrade to O365 and let MSFT manage sharepoint upgrades :)

Kicking sharepoint is too easy but even I would say 365 is a downgrade in almost every aspect, or is there no sensitive data on your Windows environments?
