SFF-8643 to external SFF-8088 socket?

Want to connect one of the two SFF-8643 connectors on a RAID to an EXTERNAL SFF-8088 Socket.

I could use an existing SFF-8088 socket to 4 SATA cable I have and then use connectors to join to an SFF-8643 to SATA, but that feels well hokey!

I'm sure these must exit but I can't find 'em!

The proper way is to use a combination of more standard parts like an external mini SAS (SFF-8088 to SFF-8088) cable + SFF-8088 to SFF-8087 IO bracket adapter + internal SFF-8087 to SFF-8643 cable.
