settings on a PERC H310 crossflashed to 9211-8i/IR

Can't seem to change any settings on this card. OS is Server 2012 R2. Controller firmware and BIOS are the latest from Avago. I'm used to being able to set things like consistency check rate, bgi rate, rebuild rate, etc, but the option just isn't there.

downgraded to P19 and still nothing. I'll throw in another detail: It's running in a HP ProLiant DL380 G5.
