Server Remote Access

Hello.

I have a server on my home network that I use for business, its running windows server OS and I am currently using softether VPN to access it,
Is there a better way to access it where I can allow employees to access it without them having access to my whole network?

I'm not an expert (just a self taught home user) but I think you can set up an "employee" VPN connection that only has access to that single machine. You have to specify which network addresses the VPN can access, so simply set that to the servers single IP address by using a /32 subnet scheme.

Hopefully someone can correct me if I am wrong.
