Although I only care about Europe, it would help others from other continents as well to have a comprehensive list of where to buy server components. I need it now, you will need it someday.

I will update this top thread with comments, could you please mention if you have actually purchased from the seller. It helps in terms of seller credibility.
Websites to exclude: eBay, that's a market place, not a seller.

Having a long list of sellers tells more about the product, if e.g. you find in Europe every seller in every country has exactly the same number in stock N, chances are they are all drop-shipping from one and the same main seller, which means the maximum number available in the continent is N, you can't buy more.

Some websites come in several local flavours, I need to know the country where the legal entity is registered, that's where it will be shipped from, and it will decide customs duties.

Format: Country, Company, Website, New vs Used.

Are you wanting to make a list for used/2nd-hand equipment, or only for new? I suspect used as you mentioned that you didn't want to include eBay (typically used, but sometimes also new).

And you say you don't want to include market places (like eBay), but would a specific seller on a market place be something you'd want to include?

I mean by company a seller that has a legal entity, issues invoices from the legal entity... not just some random username hidden behind a market place.

I buy new just because that's what I'm used to do, perhaps I should also try buying used for some parts. How about a list having both?
