It is extremely difficult to find one that meets these conditions that doesn't cost a kidney
Do you have something to recommend? I don't care what brand it is, as long as it does the things indicated

Closest thing off the top of my head is the TrendNet TPE-3102WS: 8x2.5GbE PoE+, 2x10GbE SFP+, L3 managed. It's $349.99 which is maybe pushing too close to the kidney line, but you might be able to yoink one for cheaper if you keep an eye on Amazon Renewed or eBay.

I vaguely recall there is a substantially cheaper Chinese one like you're describing- L2 managed 8x2.5gPoE+1SFP+10g- but as of five or six months ago when I ran across it, it was only on Alibaba; no luck on aliexpress or anything.

Edit: if you only need 2.5GbE and PoE on one or two ports, it's probably cheaper to get a non-PoE 2.5GbE switch, a gigabit PoE switch, and a couple 2.5Gb PoE injectors ($35.99 or $42.99 new / $30.25 Renewed).

Edit2: here's the alibaba link if you want to try your luck with a reshipper.

Same, is this

Now I'm thinking about this, a little fewer ports but I can still do it

Hey, if it'll do the trick for now then go for it, imo. Dual 10GbE should make it real easy to downlink to another switch as needed (gigabit PoE or 2.5G non-PoE, depending on which you need more of first).

Yep, but now I have a question, since I always read about this uplink but I want to be sure, can I connect my opnsense router to this switch via 10gb sfp? it seems logical

I...hesitate to say "yes" like I'm dead certain from personal experience, but I can conceive of no possible reason why not. (Assuming of course that your opnsense router has 10GbE SFP+.)

There are also TP-Link TL-SE2109P (POE+) and TL-SE2109PB (POE++). Both are 8x2.5GbE + 10GbE SFP+. Price is a bit more than the one linked from alibaba but the quality is more assuring. Can be bought from taobao.
Interesting, but Taobao says it doesn't ship to Italy, and furthermore the seller tells me that the interface is only in Chinese
