mmmmm....

Single core performance like overclocked E5 1660 v3 (or not overclocked i7-8700k)
Multicore just slightly faster than i9-13900ks...


looks like slightly upgraded Xeon Platinum 9282 from 2019 (2nd Generation Scalable, 56 cores too)

IPC is on the i7-8700k / i7-7700k / i9-7940X / TR 2920X level...

it's too slow... something is wrong here.
If it is based on the similar cores like 13900K (P cores) it is not boosting yet to 4.6GHz but maybe ~3.0GHz. E5 v3 @ 4.6GHz is faster (single core).

yes :) AVX512 is wasting of the silicon (let's commit this job to the graphics cards), but probably bfloat16 is tiny and might be needed soon (and here CPU is faster than memory can deliver)
