Tested with dual 9470C cpu. HBM only mode. The bandwidth is even comparable to L3 cache. Memory latency is about 25-30ns higher than DDR5 while L3 latency is also a little higher, this is probably one of the reasons why this thing is more than 15% slower than 8470Q or 8480 in 3D render tests.
And after some extensive tests I finally figured out why Xeon W 3500 series is still SPR, and there isn't a W 3600 series.
