All my primary data is on flash, only backup and some synology NAS has spinning things... but even backup with compression and maybe de-dupe can make reasonable sense on flash at a certian price point.

these are used. i wonder how much life is left in them though. i guess just depend on what their usage was. i once bought an ssd that had 1 % life left and had to return it...lol..

@Necrotyr you could use a third party USA shipping service, like Shipito or MyUsa and resend goods to you. Only problems is if you have to return goods from overseas and to get freight insurance they will need to take photos of items which could cause static electricity damage if mishandled (unless they wrap in clear anti static bags or you forgo goods insurance). I don't know probability of static charge with manually handling SSDs.

Looks like these could be same/similar to WD Blue SSDs. More read optimised, mediocre/middling performance consumer drives. But 2TB for this price point is very tempting. Picture shows manufacturing date March 2017.

It would be nice to change over our 2tb enterprise drives to ssds, but they'd have to be new and/or have a warranty. Nice to see the price point dropping on this size though.
