Samsung PM863 only 3.84tb sata SSD available ?

Anybody know if Samsung is the only vendor with a 3.84 (~4tb) SATA SSD ?
I know Sandisk and Toshiba have SAS models but not sata.
Trying to figure out what the HP read intensive 2.5" high capacity SSD's are.

Haha, yes. Discount price is 50% increase from Samsung retail if that's what they are.
But they are supported by HP in an enterprise environment.
