hmm... ordered 6 of them ($180+tax). Within 10 minutes of placing the order the seller marked "shipped" without tracking... I don't think no legit seller would ship an order without a tracking number today.

Maybe the way eBay pays sellers is as soon as they mark something shipped. I'm tempted to report this seller to ebay to see if they will investigate and make sure the alleged scammer doesn't get an ACH deposit until he proves that he actually shipped things.

Shipped without tracking. This seller is so egregious that I expect NARU very soon. This will make disputes easier. Be careful claiming 'Item not received' because I fully expect a fake tracking number to the correct ZIP. You will need to 'return' 'something'. You'll probably get a refund on the first return tracking scan. Been through this before.

Except it was never a deal nor legit. Didn't need anyone to "purchase" one to confirm that. If people whine about prices not being good enough, their loss. Beggars can't be choosers.

Seller was snippy with me after I demanded the refund, telling me to never buy from them again. Maybe they are legit, but I'm out, too scammy.

did you request a refund, or it was automatic?

Mine has not been refunded. I did report this issue over chat support, the agent said to wait until July 11 then open a case on July 12 lol

I had eBay call me. They went through chat history. Opened an internal case. Refund came through a few minutes later. I think seller initiated it since I told them I was reporting to eBay if they didn't refund. Either way I got it, PayPal confirmed.

Yes, that's standard 'vacation' setting. Items are hidden in search unless you know the exact item number. If they weren't really going to ship, then why bother throttling? Curious to see if I get a real tracking number later.
