I recently got the LG 43UD79-B monitor. The stand that comes with it has almost no adjustments at all. I want to use this monitor as a center monitor in a 3-monitor setup, the side monitors are 24" Dell UltraSharp in portrait orientation. The 24" in portrait is exactly the same height as the LG, so they seem ideal for lining up next to each other. However, none of the stands that come with any of these monitors have enough adjustments for me to line them up with each other. I have 3-arm monitor mount that handles the 24" Dells fine, but the 43" is too heavy for it. I want a way to mount the 43" on an arm that gives me flexibility to adjust it.

Any recommendations?

You can take a look at the Innovative 7500-1500-124 (or 7500-1500-104 for black version). It can support up to 20kg/44lbs, which should be plenty for your screen. I have three for my 11 kg/24lbs 30" screens, and they have no problem at all holding the weight. Additionally, the cable management is brilliant.
