Waiting for IOCrest to release their m.2 variant as that'll be the really interesting one for me (in addition to pcie4x1 sfp.)Another brand RTL8127 has turned up on alibaba + aliexpress looks to be made by IOCREST
It looks identical to my RTL8125B 2.5 Gbps IOCREST nics
Worked out £27.61 inc 20% TAX Delivered with a discount code
I picked one up will run it in a 3.0 x1 port for what? 8 Gbps with jumbo frames maybe
I think there were already posted in previous posts on this thread if you want to skim through. I was checking earlier today for the M.2 versions so I checked. Can't wait for someone to get the SFP ones in stock
Also any word on pci 3.0 2x or 4x versions ?
The card in the photos is identical to the card @Shonk pointed us at earlier, which was $10 cheaper for NZ delivery from alibaba. The 4x SFP+ variant (which I bought from spreenow/taobao) seems to be available on aliexpress now: https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005010287958266.html
the price might seem a lot but is basically the same as what I paid on spreenow after their paypal fee, the double-shipping, their 10% order fee and taxes.

By the looks of it they havnt got aspm stable in the drivers yet and forgot to disable ASPM in the drivers for the RTL8127AT it's disabled on the RTL8127 card with the current drivers so didnt encounter any issuesRealtek PCIe 10GbE Family Controller has a Hardware IO error.
The network interface "Realtek PCIe 10GbE Family Controller" has begun resetting. There will be a momentary disruption in network connectivity while the hardware resets. Reason: The network driver detected that its hardware has stopped responding to commands. This network interface has reset 1 time(s) since it was last initialized.

Which kernel are you running the prop driver on? I upgraded a proxmox box to 6.17 to run one of these & I'd rather not downgrade. In Linux, the SFP+ card doesn't work with the mainline driver. It is detected but never gets a link. I've reported that already: RTL8127AF doesn't get a link over SFP+ DAC
The proprietary driver does work, but I haven't speed-tested it yet or anything like that: Realtek
6.17.7-zen1-1-zen from Arch Linux.Which kernel are you running the prop driver on? I upgraded a proxmox box to 6.17 to run one of these & I'd rather not downgrade.

In Linux with the proprietary driver I also have lower performance unless I disable ASPM in the driver itself(not globally). Using the Gen3x2 SFP+ card.I have just changed my drivers from Windows 10 10.078.50.822 to Windows 11 1127.27.50.919 on my Z790 Aorus Pro X
ASPM is enabled and working fine on the DIEWU RTL8127 PCIE 4.0x1 Card
So its either a problem with my Z390 Aorus Master UEFI or the Windows 10 Drivers
