RancherVM: run windows via kvm inside a container

so like an idiot i tweeted that unless you were running windows in a vm this was stupid, turns that's exactly what one of the use-cases is.

I have a Rancher LAB with multi rancher servers running on Hyper-v as well as ESXi, and baremetal.
Provisioning is done via PXE boot , preseed file , and ansible.
The whole setup of Rancher Lab is always hand free ( need to set hostname and static IP manually )
