RAMdisk Software

All,

What software do you like for RAMdisk? I Just picked up two HP QDR infiniband cards that need to be installed and tested. I'm looking for free and simple. I'm installing under two ESXi Hosts and have both
Windows and Linux VMs available. I would prefer windows since that will be the main VM. I could also set one up under my Openindiana VM which may be interesting.

For Windows:

Primo Ramdisk. Paid product, but 45 day trial download is good for testing (especailly if testing in a VM - you can keep re-loading a new trial in fresh VMs...).

Starwind Ramdisk. Less features than Primo. Completely free, but you do have to register before you can download.
