Rack Enclosure Fans?

Hi All, not sure if this forum the appropriate one to ask this question but figured I'd try. I have a 12U Rack enclosure that has 2 precut holes for 120mm fans. Anyone have suggestions or can point me in right direction (other sites?) on some fans suggestions? These would obviously be used to pull hot air out the top of the enclosure. I know I wont get complete silence without risking too little CFM but figured I'd see if some of you have middle of the road suggestions.

If you don't care about noise, there are a few 120v options that will be the simplest to keep running. You can always use a 12v case fan and connect them to one of the computers you have in the rack. I am using Panaflos connected with 3-pin fan extensions in the two racks I have fans installed in.

Or just get a 12v wall wart and wire it to the 12v fans. Actually, any wall wart with output from 5v-16v will work with most 12v 2-pin or 3-pin fans. Lower voltages = lower speeds = less noise.
