I am going to start a Q4 thread early as it looks like next week we will have an enormous amount of hardware. (~208x 32GB DDR4-2400 LRDIMMs in the systems coming out for a sense.)

All prices are going to be shipped to the US unless otherwise noted. International folks feel free to use Shipitto with a US address.

Systems with local pickup are located in Sunnyvale, California.

Payment via Zelle, Venmo, cash preferred. PayPal or other accepted if that is not possible.

These are data center pulls so assume normal wear and tear and no rails/ ears unless stated:

Networking
  • Mellanox MSX1710-BS2F2 36-port 10/40/56GbE Switch - $1700
Storage
  • HP 1.6TB HH/HL Value Endurance PCIe workload accelerator (Fusion-io card) $460.
  • 6x 2TB Intel DC P3520 NVMe U.2 SSDs $410 ea. $2400 for all 6.

  • All sold for now

GPUs/ Xeon Phi

Server Systems

I do not have boxes for these. Terms are that if you are local to the bay area will drop them off. If you are outside the bay area, will drop off at FedEx/ UPS store or elsewhere where you can arrange packing and shipping.
  • ASUS dual Intel Xeon E5 V3/ V4 system. 2U. 8 storage bays. Has an OCP 10GbE SFP+ mezzanine card installed. $425 shipped. Local Pickup or send a 2U box for it.
  • 2x ASUS RS720Q-E8-RS8-P 2U 4-node servers $1300 for both with rails. Local pickup only. Happy to discuss configuration options. This is $163 per node.
  • Intel 2U 4-node system with rails. $8700 + shipping (have box but this is heavy.) Each node features:
    • 2x Intel Xeon E5-2630 V4 CPUs (10 cores/ 20 threads each)
    • 128GB DDR4 RAM
    • 1x 1.2 TB Intel DC S3520 SATA SSD - inquire for more
    • Open 3x SATA 2x NVMe drive bays per node
    • Dual 10GbE (SFP+) mezzanine card installed per node
    • Remote Management Module Included
    • 1x LP PCIe expansion slot per node - inquire for Mellanox CX3 40GbE NICs

These will not have CPUs/ RAM, unless otherwise noted, however, see CPUs section and PM me for what is available.

Dropped prices a lot on the E5-2697 V3's.

Silver 4112's pending.
I’m interested have a dell 5810 E5-1650 v3. Any issues you may see in swapping.

I know a lot of people want mine due to overclocking so figured I let them have it

Obviously I have plenty of crypto and your comfortable exchanging that way. I also have a crypto related question I’d like to briefly ask in a DM.

Thanks!

@Godfr33 usually the E5 V3 for V3 works. The V3 to V4 sometimes requires a BIOS change. Shoot me a DM.

Adding - price drop on the blades. I think they are now well below part out value for someone who is local. Somewhat urgently need space. Also willing to consign them to someone if they want to try ebaying/ craigslisting them.

Lowered price on the blades by a large amount.

More coming very soon.

BTW here is a photo of the front and the rear of the three nodes. This is a fairly awesome software-defined storage / hyper-converged starter cluster.

I should be getting a few more of these later in the week.
