top notch in my experience. the 4.0 series has been great. I schedule in downtime for reboots but it's not really an inconvenience if you're not running a cluster with shared storage (not needed with 5.0)
I've been running Proxmox for years. It has always been very stable and it's only went down when I intentionally rebooted it. On a production setup these reboots for kernel updates could be avoided by paying for Kernelcare.
