Proxmox SMART and NVMe - Anyone seeing huge write numbers?

I was just browsing the Proxmox SMART data in the UI for some of our deployed servers. This one seemed quite high to me:

40PBW on a DC P3700 400GB drive with a 7.3PBW endurance rating? I also expect, based on the workloads, that it should be more heavily tilted towards reads.

Why do you think it's wrong?
40PBW is a ton, and the VMs it has are not writing that much, even with snapshots.

Also:
12256 power on hours * 360 = ~4.4M seconds.

40M GB in 4.4M seconds = ~.9GB/s, which is faster than these drives can write at (rated at 1GB/s or so IIRC).
