I have tried flash Dell H200 to IT mode. I succeed at first but didn’t use it right away. When I try to use it after a week, it doesn't work!
I guess it’s the adapter's BIOS problem and try to re-flash it, but sasflsh can't recognize my H200.

- sas2flsh says "No LSI adapters found"
- megacli says "No MR controller(s)found.If controller(s)physically present but not found"
- light does not shine
- A little hot, not very hot
