I had a power outage this morning, and despite having a UPS, I think the outage lasted long enough that the battery ran out and my Hasivo S1100WP-8GT-1XGT-SE network switch lost power.
When power returned, the “PWR” LED blinked rapidly and repeatedly. None of the other LEDs lit, even with PCs plugged in. Furthermore, those PCs reported the network cable was unplugged, even when it was not.
I’ve tried leaving the switch unplugged from power for an hour and trying again. I’ve tried holding the reset button down for 10 seconds. I’ve tried both “dumb” and “web” modes (rebooting after each change). Other than the constantly blinking power LED, the unit seems unresponsive.
I have three questions:

I have three questions:
- What might have caused this issue? A power outage seems relatively innocuous, and I’d like to avoid this happening to my remaining Hasivo switch.
- Is there anything else I should try to troubleshoot or revive the unit?
- Is there any value in keeping this (bricked?) unit (e.g., spare parts for my remaining Hasivo switch of the same model)?
